Are You Ready to Vote Out Trudeau? The Future of Canada Hangs in the Balance!
Four years have gone by in a flash. Four years that many have referred to as a disappointment; the disappointment of the era of Justin Trudeau’s presidency for our beloved neighboring country.
Your vote will be more than just a ballot drop. It’ll be pivotal not only for the future but the present of the Great White North as well. Canada stands at a decisive point in its history, relying on your determination and decision-making skills. As global events surround us, COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and a US that is undergoing real political change, we don’t anticipate JB ruling over all: so who should it be?
Our sources show that there are many things that need to be done in Canada. Statistics show the country has been moving at a crawling and dismal pace since the 'era of welcoming' took birth in 2015. The NDP party leader himself has admitted that tax rules stemming from the Liberal's stress test hurt people buying homes 'illegitimate'. Are we really still in need of reopening that repetitive conversation surrounding pipelines to make Canada less dependent on foreign national gas supply, increase waste management?- or something else entirely?
If parties refuse to acknowledge the flaws within their leadership objectively or work with constituents for positive reform or goals expect many lost souls challenging those poor principles by exercise of democratic rights or shirking democracy altogether. However either way, one fact stays steadfast – every vote cast-counts!
Failing to achieve can signal a clear indication that departure rulings are needed to corner our authoritative MPs, better hold them responsible, accountable (JWR SNC-Lavalin aside?), ensure vibrant social justice reforms. Alternatively - also possible! - could encourage this rectifying exercise through further encouragement via widened meaningful voter turnouts soaring rigorously across Canada ballots come polling day?
The importance of casting your vote conscientiously supersedes partisan biases. It portrays your civic responsibility to your family, employer and community in showcasing that you understand what lies ahead. It highlights your willingness to empower constitutional rights, confidence in fair election process ethics currently practiced and place importance in excelling governance in Canada; which would not only benefit you directly, but the indigenous communities, diverse population:
In these [next few weeks] months prior to the forthcoming polling day, ask yourself whether you’re ecstatic about Canada being prosperous, safe and future-oriented as opposed to living paralyzed under lethargic self-serving bureaucracy? The future of Canada hangs precariously in the crucial balance tipping on your vote! We advocate reasoning and deliberation over flimsy whim that may all boil down to your preference in the color of the button.
So let’s participate, educating ourselves the voice of a society not sold to exclusion and fear; rather participation promising material change, becoming thereby rooting ownership and action.[Cheers!]
Introduction
The Canadian federal election is just around the corner, and the question Are You Ready to Vote Out Trudeau? has been making waves in Canada. The current Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, came to power in 2015 with a promise of real change and has since then focused on many social and liberal policies. But with his recent scandals, Canadians are frustrated and disappointed in him. Now it is time to ask ourselves whether we want to give him another chance or have a new face in the Canadian political landscape.
The Contenders
Justin Trudeau
Trudeau, the leader of the Liberal party, entered politics as an MP in 2008; he quickly emerged as a prominent figure that advocated for social policies such as women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights. He won the 2015 general election with a clean sweep, winning majority seats for his party. With the stroke of his pen - laws changed for marijuana legalization, physiciansaid in dying, terrorism laws rewritten, etc.
Erin O’Toole
Erin O’Tool is pursuing the Conservative Party leadership after November's leadership conventions that beat out Peter Mackay among others replacing Andrew once Scheer resigned. In his stumping tour to appeal to Ontario centre-voters he promised reform tax cuts, increase access of investors to small businesses' shareholders and supporting a budget update while in opposition as part of political practice for total needs assessment.
